Problem

In April 2020, 88% of organizations encouraged employees to work from home due to the outbreak of COVID-19. People are quarantined to curb the spreading of the disease. But being isolated will make people feel cut off, trapped, and in some cases, lead to depressive symptoms. How might we help people get through this hard time?

Solution

Design a conversational user interface to help people alleviate negative feelings and mental stress by bringing them temporarily inaccessible experiences.
